جواب الإمام الهادي الى الحق يحيى بن الحسين ع لأهل صنعاء على كتاب كتبوه إليه عند قدومه البلد

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

الحمدلله الذي ليس كمثله شي وهو السميع البصير.
أما بعد؛
فقد جاءني كتابكم تحذرون البدع المضلة، والأهواء المغوية، والآراء المحدثة، والميل إلى الخلاف والفرقة، وتحثون على لزوم الجماعة والأبرار الذين كانوا أعلام الهدى، ومصابيح الدجى، وذلك عندما بلغكم من اجتماع الناس على عيبي وطعنهم عليَّ، وتنقصهم إياي، وشتمهم لي من غير حدث أحدثت، ولا خلاف أظهرت، ولارأيٍ قبيح ابتدعت. زعموا أني تركت المنهاج الأكبر، وأني سلكت الطريق الأوعر. وتسألوني ما أنا عليه، وما أنا متمسك به، وإيضاح ذلك من لدن التوحيد إلى آخر فريضة من فرائض الله، وقد فسرت جميع ذلك في كتابي هذا حسب طاقتي، وبالله حولي وقوتي، وعليه أتوكل في جميع أموري.


الإيمان بالله

أما الذي أرجو به الفوز، وهو لي عدة من عذاب الله وحرز وجُنَّة: فإقراري لله عز وجل بالربوبية، وشهادتي له بالوحدانية، وإذعاني له بالعبودية، وأنه خالق كل شي مما يرى ومما لا يرى، في بطن الأرض وما تحت الثرى، وما في السموات العلى، بلا معين أعانه عليه، ولا دليل احتاج إليه، ولا مثال احتذى عليه. تفرد بخلق الأشياء لا من أصول أولية، ولا أوائل كانت قبله بدية، لكن مثلها بحكمته، وابتدعها بقدرته، من غير مثال سبق إليه، ولا لغوب دخل عليه.
لا تدركه الأبصار وهو يدرك الإبصار، ولا يوصف بتجسيد ولا أقطار. أزلي صمدي على غير كيفية، ولا وسوسة الصدور، بل ارتفع عن تحديد بصر البصير.


الإيمان باليوم الآخر

وأشهد أن الجنة حق دار بقاء ونعمة، خلقها وكونها من رضوانه، فجعلها للمطيعين ثواباً. وأن النار دار شقاء ونقمة، خلقها من سخطه، فجعلها للعاصين عقاباً. لا يفنى عذابه، ولا يبيد ألمه، ولا يخلف وعده ولا وعيده، ولا يظلم عبيده، وإليه نحشر يوم ينفخ في الصور، عند صيحة النشور، فنثور بعد البلاءِ من القبور، ويدعوا الكافر المغرور بالويل والثبور، ونعرض على الرحمن صفاً، ويعض الكافر من الندامة كفاً، فيفصل بيننا بعدل لا يجور، فريق في الجنة وفريق في السعير.
فسبحان من ملكه دائم لايزول.


الإيمان برسول الله محمد صل الله عليه وآله وسلم

وأشهد أن محمداً عبده ورسوله، اختاره بعلمه، وبعثه إلى خلقه، وائتمنه على وحيه؛ فدعى الناس إلى الله بجد واجتهاد، رحيماً بالعباد، ونوراً للبلاد، فافتتح الدعوة بقومه، صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم، فأبوا له التسليم، وهموا به العظيم، ومنعوه الأسواق، وضيقوا عليه الآفاق، ونصبوا له الحبايل، وطلبوا له الغوايل، وشحذوا له السيوف ليذيقوه الحتوف، فعصمه الله منهم، ورد كيدهم بينهم في نحورهم، وأيده بنور ساطع، وحجج حق وسيف قاطع، وبراهين صدق في القلوب واقع، فأدخلهم في الملة بين مسلم مستسلم، وبين مستسلم متجشم، يكتمون النفاق مخافة ضرب الأعناق، فصلى الله على الناصح الشفيق، محمد بن عبدالله الطيب الرفيق، الدال على المنهاج الواضح، والطريق اللايح، صلوات الله عليه وعلى أهل بيته الأخيار وعلى ابن عمه علي بن أبي طالب أسبق السابقين سبقاً، وأولهم ايماناً وسلماً، أنقذنا الله به من شفا الحفرة، ومغاليط الكفرة، وسحقات الفجرة.



الإيمان بالقرآن

ثم إني أشهد أن القرآن وحي الله وكتابه وتنزيله، أنزله على نبيه عصمة لمن اعتصم به، ونجاة لمن تمسك به. من عمل به نجا، ومن خالفه غوى وفي النار غداً تردى، مفصل آياته، موصل محكماته، كثيرة عجايبة، سنية مذاهبه، نيِّر برهانه، واضحة حجته.


الاقرار بفرائض الإسلام ومنهياته

وأشهد أن الصلاة واجبة، وأن الزكاة لازمة، وشهر رمضان فرض صيامه، ولم توجب علينا النافلة قيامه. والحج على الناس دين من استطاع إليه سبيلاً، والاستطاعة الزاد والراحلة، وأمان الطريق. والجهاد قسراً يقسر النفوس على القيام بالجهاد قسراً، وفي الجهاد فضل الدرجات، والبعد من النقمات.
ودفع الصدقات إلى أهلها، مع اجتناب المحرمات، والاغتسال من الجنابات، مع الوضوء بالماء الطاهر، أو التيمم بالصعيد الطيب، والمحافطة لأوقات الصلوات.
والأمر بالمعروف، والنهي عن المنكر، وعمارة المساجد بالذكر والصلوات، لا بالفواحش والزور من الشهادات، كفعل أهل زماننا الفاسقين منهم والفاسقات.
والحب في الله والبغض في الله، والموالاة فيها لأولياء الله، والمعاداة لأعداء الله مَن كانوا وأين كانوا. وكل من خالف كتاب الله في شي، من العتق، والطلاق، وغير ذلك مردود إلى كتاب الله وسنة رسول الله صلى الله عليه وعلى آله وسلم. والتسليم لأمر الله، والرضا بما قضا الله.
واجتناب الكبائر، والآثام دِقها وجلها، وقتل النفس التي حرم الله بغير الحق، والفرار من الزحف، وأكل الربا، واجتناب الزنى، وأكل أموال اليتامى ظلماً، وترك التعرض لأموال المسلمين والمعاهدين، مع ترك الأياس من روح الله، ولا يؤمن مكر الله. وترك شرب المسكر، وتعليم السحر، ولا نصدق بالكهانة والطيرة.
مع العلم بأن محض الإيمان ترك النميمة، والغيبة والبهتان، والحسد، والبغي، والظلم، والجور، والفحش، من قول الزور والخنا، والخيانة، ونقض العهد، وخفر الأمانة، والعظمة في النفس، والإعجاب، والكبر، والجفاء بالحق وأهله، والقسوة، والغلظة، والفظاظه، والشحنا، والسمعة، والعصبية، والعداوة، والبغضاء، والمغالبة والمكابرة، واليمين الفاجرة، والكذب، والغدر، وسوء الخلق، والأياس 

وعليكم بالعمل بتقوى الله، والحياء من الله، والتعظيم لأمر الله، وصدق الحديث، والمواساة في المال لذوي القربى، واليتامى، والمساكين، وغض البصر، وعفة البطن، وحفظ الفرج، وأكل الحلال، والزهد في الحرام، وترك الدنيا، واستعمال الورع، والتضرع في الدعاء، والصيانة، والخشوع، والرحمة، والخضوع، والرأفة، والرقة، والرفق، وحسن الخلق، ومداراة الضعيف، والمسلم، وإغاثة الملهوف، والحياء، والكرم، والحلم، والصبر، وكظم الغيظ، وكف الأذى، والعفو عمن ظلمك، والكف عمن شتمك، والتفضل على من حرمك، وإفشاء السلام، وإطعام الطعام، والصلاة بالليل والناس نيام.
ورأس الأمر وأوله، وآخره ووسطه، وتمامه النصيحة للولي والعدو، والبر والفاجر، وترك الغش لجميع الخلق.


التمسك بأهل البيت دون من سواهم من الفرق

فهذا وفقكم الله دين المؤمنين وديني وما عليه اعتقادي، لست بزنديق ولا دهري، ولا ممن يقول بالطبع، ولا ثنوي، ولا مجبر قدري، ولا حشوي، ولا خارجي. وإلى الله أبرأ من كل رافضي غوي، ومن كل حروري ناصبي، ومن كل معتزلي غال، ومن جميع الفرق الشاذة، ونعوذ بالله من كل مقالة غالية، ولابد من فرقه ناجية عالية، وهذه الفرق كلها عندي حجتهم داحضة.
والحمد لله، وأنا متمسك بأهل بيت النبؤة، ومعدن الرسالة، ومهبط الوحي، ومعدن العلم وأهل الذكر، الذين بهم وُحِّد الرحمن، وفي بيتهم نزل القرآن، والفرقان، ولديهم التأويل والبيان، وبمفاتيح منطقهم نطق كل لسان، وبذلك حث عليهم رسول الله صلى الله عليه وعلى آله وسلم بقوله: (( إني تارك فيكم الثقلين لن يفترقا حتى يردا علي الحوض، كتاب الله، وعترتي أهل بيتي، مثلهم فيكم كسفينة نوح، من ركبها نجا، ومن تخلف عنها غرق وهوى.)) فقد أصبحوا عندي بحمد الله مفاتيح الهدى، ومصابيح الدجى، لو طلبنا شرق الأرض وغربها لم نجد في الشرف مثلهم. فأنا أقفوا آثارهم، وأتمثل مثالهم، وأقول بقولهم، وأدين بدينهم، وأحتذي بفعلهم.




من عناصر الإيمان

العمل من الإيمان والإيمان من العمل بمنزلة الروح من الجسد، يزيد وينقص: بتمام الإيمان دخل المؤمنون الجنة، وبزيادته تفاضلوا في الدرجات عند الله، وبالنقصان منه دخل المقصرون النار. وأنا مؤمن بقضاء الله وقدره، ماكرهت نفسي من ذلك وما رضيت، ومقر بأن القرآن كلام الله ووحية، وتنزيله وحجته على خلقه، أحكم تأليفه إحكاماً، وأنشأه بأحسن الإنشاء؛ فجعله برهاناً وتفصيلاً، سماه قرآناً عربياً لقوم يعقلون، وأدين بأن المقاييس والرأي في الدين دين إبليس اللعين.
وأشهد أن لله المشيئة في جميع أفعاله، من زيادة ذلك ونقصانه، ومحوة وإثباته.
وأشهد أن الله تبارك وتعالى لم يقطع وحيه، ولم يقبض نبيه صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم، حتى أكمل دينه، وبين له جميع ما يحتاج إليه من الحلال والحرام، والفرائض والأحكام، والمواريث والأقسام، وجميع ما فيه النجاة من النيران، والوصول إلى دار السلام. وكذلك أشهد أنه صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم لم يكتم شيئاً من الحق، بل أدّى عن الله الصدق، ونهى عن الكذب، والفسق، والكفر، والظلم، والجور، والبغي، وكل ما لا يجوز في الدين، هذه شهادتي عليه صلى الله عليه وعلى آله وسلم.


الترضية على الصحابة وأمهات المؤمنين

ولا أنتقص أحداً من الصحابه الصادقين والتابعين بإحسان، المؤمنات منهم والمؤمنين، أتولى جميع من هاجر، ومن آوى منهم ونصر، فمن سب مؤمناً عندي استحلالا فقد كفر، ومن سبه استحراما فقد ضل عندي وفسق، ولا أسب إلا من نقض العهد والعزيمة، وفي كل وقت له هزيمة، من الذين بالنفاق تفردوا وعلى الرسول الله صلى الله عليه وعلى آله وسلم مرة بعد مرة تمردوا، وعلى أهل بيته اجترءوا وطعنوا. وإني أستغفر الله لأمهات المؤمنين اللواتي خرجن من الدنيا وهن من الدين على يقين، وأجعل لعنة الله على من تناولهن بما لا يستحققن من ساير الناس أجمعين.


الحوض والشفاعة

ولا أنكر الحوض ولا الشفاعة، ?لِّيَهْلِكَ مَنْ هَلَكَ عَن بَيِّنَةٍ وَيَحْيَى مَنْ حَيَّ عَن بَيِّنَةٍ وإن اللّهَ لَسَمِيعٌ عَلِيمٌ?[الأنفال: 42] ?مَنْ عَمِلَ صَالِحًا فَلِنَفْسِهِ وَمَنْ أَسَاء فَعَلَيْهَا وَمَا رَبُّكَ بِظَلاَّمٍ لِّلْعَبِيدِ?[فصلت: 46]
فهذا ديني واعتقادي، والحمد لله رب العالمين، وصلواته على خير خلقه أجمعين محمد وعترته الطاهرين.

The Message of Imam Alhadi(AS) to Sana'a people

                     " In the name of Allah "

The message [ Risalah ] of Al-Imam Al-Hadi ila Al-haqq Yahya bin Al-Hussein [be upon him be peace] to Sana’a people when he entered Sana’a, as an answer to their question about his religion and belief :

He said to them: your book already reached to me ,you are warning from the misleading heresies, tempting inclinations, tending to disagreement and dissension, and  encouraging to keep being with the band and dutiful people, which they were great figures of guidance, and lambs of gloominess, so that when you been received people unanimity for saying about me I am fault and contestation on me, and disparage me also cursing me without any novelty I did, nor disagreement I appeared, and no an ugly idea I created, they claimed I overlooked the biggest open plain way, and guided in the rough one.  

And this Message is identical with The Holy Quran way and Ahlulbait(AS) methodology.

And you’re asking me what I am believing, adhering to, and clarifying that from (Attawheed) or the theology, to the last duty of Allah’s duties, and I’ve illustrated all of that in my book in accordance with my capability, and in Allah is my might and power, upon him I trust in all my affairs.

[At-tawheed : monotheism]

As for that I look forward by it for winning, and it’s outfit, refuge, and protection from Allah’s punishment; is my confession to Allah that he only has the godhood, and my certificate to him that has the oneness, and my submission to him that the thralldom is only for him, and he is the creator of everything seen or unseen, in the interior of the earth or under the heaven, and what is in the higher skies, without assistant would help him for that, and no guidance he needed to it, and no sample he imitated upon it , he done everything alone not from primordial origins, and not from preliminary was previous him appeared, but he formed it by his  judiciousness, and innovated it by his ability, without any sample anyone done before , and no weariness afflicted him, Vision perceives Him not, but He perceives [all] vision, and not been described by embodiment nor destinations, everlasting eternal, not on any mode, nor chests scrupulosity, but he evaluated from to be determined by eyesight of seer.  

[Al-Ma’ad: the hereafter, the afterworld]

And I certify that the [Jannah] paradise is truth, the residence of immortality and luxury, was created and formed from Allah’s approval, and then he made it for obedient reward. And I certify that The Hellfire is a residence of unhappiness and indignation, Allah created it from his anger, so he prepared it to those who are disobedient as punishment, his punishment doesn’t vanish ,nor his pain doesn’t perish, Allah does not fail in His promise and His threat, and doesn’t wrong his servants, and to him the whole creatures will be resurrected, The Day the Horn is blown, at the shout of resurrection, so we rise up after decay from the tombs, and the deceived disbeliever will call  by woe, and we will be shown to Allah queue ,and the disbeliever will bite his hand regrettably, so Allah will judge with justice not wrong {  A party will be in Paradise and a party in the Blaze} [Ash-shuraa:7] 

[An-nobowa: The prophecy]

And I certify that Muhammad is his servant and messenger, Allah chose him by his knowledge, and sent him to his creatures, and trusted him for his revelation, so he(The Prophet Muhammad SAWW) called the people to Allah seriously and hardly, merciful to them , and light for the land, so he started [Ad-da’awah] invocation of Allah from his kinfolks (SAWW), the they denied to submit to him, and they intended to him the worst things, and prevented him from marketplaces, and narrowed the horizons for him, and they requested the calamities for him.

Then I certified that The Koran is Allah’s revelation, his book and his revealing, He(Al-Mighty Allah) has revealed it upon his Prophet(Muhammad SAWW),as preservation to whom holds firmly to it, and salvation to whom adhere to it, who practices it will salvages, and who does opposite of it will go astray, and in the Hellfire tomorrow(the day of Qeyyamah) will perish, it verses are detailed, and it precise verses are uniting, it miracles are a lot, and it methodologies are sublime, and it proof is shining, and it convince is clear.

[Arkan Al-Islam: The pillars of Islam]

Then I certified that the prayer is obligation, the almsgiving is required, and the month of Ramadan’s fasting is duty obligation, but Ramadan nights prayers (nafila) is not obligation, and pilgrimage to Makah is a debt on people who has ability to perform, the ABILITY represented in: AZ - ZAAD (Provision), Riding animal and the way be devoid of obstacles and (that there be a) lack of fear of danger or harm to oneself or his goods or his property. Jihad (Holy War) compulsorily, coerces the selves on fulfilment of Jihad compulsorily, in Jihad the merit in grades, and becoming far of afflictions.

And paying the Sadaqat (alms) to it necessitous people, with avoiding incestuous things, and washing from major ritual impurity, with performing Wudu [Ablution] with pure water, or perform Tayammum with with clean earth, and Performing regularly the prayers, enjoining Al-Ma'ruf (i.e. Islamic Monotheism and all that Islam orders one to do) and forbidding Al-Munkar (polytheism and disbelief and all that Islam has forbidden). And maintaining the mosques with remembrance of Allah and prayers not with Al-Fawahish (shameful sins, illegal sexual intercourse, etc.) and false of testimonies, as our era people act (the rebellious, disobedient to Allah).

And love & hate for the sake of Allah, and loyalty to Allah’s loyalists, and hostility to Allah’s enemies whoever they be, and wherever be, and all who be in contrary with Allah’s book (Al-Quran) in anything of divorce and manumission and so on , so that should be returned to Allah’s book and the Sunnah of his Prophet(SAWW), and submission to Allah’s  command ,and satisfaction with what he foreordained .

Avoiding Major sins and misdeeds, it’s small and big, and killing the oneself that Allah forbid to be killed without right, and fleeing from the crawl, and eating the (Riba) or Usury, avoiding  perpetration  of the adultery , and eating orphans ‘s funds wrongfully , avoiding the exposure to Muslims and covenantors  funds , with avoiding the despair  of  relief from Allah, and  not secure the plan of Allah, and avoiding drinking Alcohol, learning magic, and we don’t believe in the divination and the  ornithomancy, with knowing  that unmixed (Iman) belief is in stopping  malicious gossip (nameema),backbiting and slander, envy and oppression, injustice and tyranny, and The obscenity of false speech, the vulgarity  and the betrayal, breaking the covenant and breach of the trust, and pride on self, and self-conceit and arrogance, and Estrangement of the truth and its people, and cruelty, inexorability, rudeness; roughness  and Sullen malice, fame,  tribalism, enmity and hatred, strife  and stubborn struggle, lying and perfidy, and misbehaviour-ness,and hopelessness from the livelihood.

And upon you  acting  by  the righteousness [with fear] of Allah, and being shameful of Allah, and honouring the command of Allah, honesty of speech, condolence  in money, to relatives orphans and poor people, and lowering the gaze, and continence of abdomen, guarding the chastity, and eating the Halal, and asceticism in Haram, and not paying whole attention about temporary life (Dunia), and  practicing the piousness, and beseeching in the supplication (Dua’a),and maintenance with reverence, and clemency , tenderness and kindness, and good attitude, and favouring  weak people and Muslims, and relieving the  sorrowful, shyness and generosity, clementness and patience , repression of the  anger , with holding the ailment , and forgiving whoever wrongs you, and abstain from whoever abuses you, and spreading (Assalam) Islam official greeting, and feeding the food , and praying the prayer at night while people are sleeping .

And the head of matter , it first, last, middle, and it’s perfect: advising the ally and the enemy, and Benign and impudent, and abandoning the cheating of all creations , so this-may Allah guide you-is believers Deen(religion) and my Deen , and what my belief is based on, I’m not
apostate   or atheist, nor from whoever says by the sealing (Attaba’a), or (Thanawi, sect has strange thoughts )!, nor (Mujbir, who says Allah is the doer of everything not the servant him/herself) ,nor (khariji, relating to khawarij sect) , and to Allah I disassociated from all (misleader Rafdhi), and from all( Nasibi Harori, relating to some sect enemies of ahlulbaiyt), and from all (exaggerator Mu’tazili ) and from entire odd sects , and we seek refuge in Allah from all exaggerator article, and it must be (saved sect) and all these sects in my opinion all of their argument  is invalid, Alhamdolillah.

And I am adhering to the household of the prophecy ,  and the source of (Arresalah) the message , and Place of Revelation, and the origin of knowledge, and the people of remembrance, because of them  people Confess the Oneness  of Allah(the merciful), in their house the Holy Quran was revealed , and they possess the  interpretation  and explanation, and by the keys of their enunciation all tongue spoke, and because of all that, the prophet Muhammad (SAWW) has encouraged of following them when said “I am leave among you two weighty things, and they will never separate until reach the Hawd (Pond of Kawthar), the Book of Allah (Quran) and my progeny my household (Ahlal bayti), as similar to them The prophet Noah’s Ark, whoever embarks on indeed will survive, and whoever fails to get on it will perish “

They are keys of guidance thanks to Allah, and the lights of the darkness, if we would look around the east and the west of the earth we won’t find like them , so I follow their footsteps , and I trace their methodology , and say by their sayings , I take their religion as my religion, and I act as their deeds.

From the elements of Eman [Faith] :


Acting is from Eman and Eman is from acting like the position of head from body, increases and decreases, with the perfection of Eman believers enter the paradise [Jannah], and with the increasing of it they will be differentiated in grades, and with it's decreasing of it, those who increased it will enter the hellfire [Jahannam], and I do believe in  the Divine Will and Decree   [(al-qada’ wa’l-qadar)] whichever myself hates or likes from it, and I recognize that surely Quran is the word [Kalam] of Allah and his revelation, and his  [conclusive] argument on his creations, He [Allah] has tighten its composition tightly, and created it with the best creation, and made it proof [ burhan] and set out in details [tafseela],called it Arabic Qur'an, for a people who use reason.

And I believe that "qiyāsis" and opinions in Deen, is the cursed Iblis's deen ,

and I certify that Allah has the will in his acts, increasing or decreasing , elimination or confirmation.

And I certify that Allah (S.W.T) hadn't stopped revealing his (Wahi), and taken  his prophet Muhammad (S.A.W.W) to him till he completed the religion [Deen], and cleared all what to be needed to know about [Hala] and [Haram],obligations and provisions, legacies and parts, and everything could help saving from Hellfire, and reaching the Home of Peace, also I certify that he [ the prophet Muhammad s.a.w.w] didn't hide anything from the truth, but he fulfilled on Allah the honesty, and forbade the lying, immorality, Kufr, Fisq, injustice, tyranny, oppression and every thing not allowed in Islam , this is my certification on him [peace and blessing be upon him and his progeny ]

{ Satisfaction on the companions [Sahabah] and the mothers of believers ]

And I don't detract anyone of the  righteous [Sahaba] and their followers by rightness, the believers of them [males and females], and I take the alliance to all those who immigrated, and those who took refuge on the prophet[S.A.W.W] and supported him.

Therefore , whoever insults any believer thinking is Halal to do indeed he disbelieved, and whoever does so ,thinking is Haram indeed he strayed and seduced, and I don't insult only who did break the covenant of Allah and purposefulness,and in each
 time got  a defeat has , those who were alone in hypocrisy,and on the prophet [S.A.W.W] time after time 
rebelled, and on his[the prophet's] family slandered,and I ask forgiveness to the mothers
believers who left the life and they were on sureness of Deen, and I make the curse of Allah 
on those who talk about them with something they don't deserve it from the whole people .

The Fountain and Intercession [ Al-Hawdh wa Al-Shafa'ah]

 I don't deny the fountain nor the intercession , { that those who perished [through disbelief] would perish upon evidence and those who lived [in faith] would live upon evidence; and indeed, Allah is Hearing and Knowing.} [Al-'Anfāl 42].

{Whoever does righteousness - it is for his [own] soul; and whoever does evil [does so] against it. And your Lord is not ever unjust to [His] servants.} 

[ Fuşşilat : 46]

And this my Deen and my Madhab, wa Alhamdolillah rabbil 'alameen.

Wa Salla Allahu  ‘Ala Sayydina Muhammadin Wa ‘Ala A’lihi Wa Sallam .
